How does the booking process work?

You choose an apartment, upload your ID and enrolment certificate, sign the contract digitally, and pay the deposit and first month's rent by bank transfer (verified within 1–3 business days). You then arrange your key handover appointment.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes. All units are fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, desk, kitchenette and bathroom — ready to move in at the start of the semester.

What documents do I need?

ID card or passport and a current enrolment certificate for the respective semester.

What is the rental period for WS 2027/28?

The rental period for Wintersemester 2027/28 is 01.10.2027 – 31.03.2028. Extension is possible upon request.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit equals one month's rent and is due before move-in.

Are there minimum income requirements?

We check creditworthiness as part of the inquiry. We will share details during the booking process.

Can I visit in person?

Yes. Contact us via the form — we will arrange an on-site appointment at Lebacher Straße.

Is WiFi included?

A high-speed connection is available in all units. The specific provider and terms will be shared with your contract documents.
